Daily Quest Guide: Aces High!


The brutal reality about Reputation grinding with the Wyrmrest Accord is that the only good way to do it is with the Championing system. There are three rather lousy dailies you can do, each for 250 Reputation, if you’re looking to supplement the Reputation you’ll be getting from running Heroics.

Two of those dailies, Drake Hunt and Defending Wyrmrest Temple, are pretty easy and don’t require much of a walkthrough. The third, Aces High!, is a bit more difficult so I thought I’d write a bit about it and include a video of my technique.

Daily Quest Guide: The Way to His Heart…


All of the daily quests for the Kalu’ak are pretty easy but one of them, The Way to His Heart…, can be a little time consuming. Most players spend a long time swimming around trying to trap the right amount of fish to lure the seal across the bay.

There’s a shortcut to this quest that helped me a lot when I was grinding Reputation so I thought I’d make a short video (posted above) to show you my technique. Using my trick you only need a single fish to complete the quest.

Daily Quest Guide: Knights of the Ebon BladeUnless your character is a Death Knight, you won’t run into the Knights of the Ebon Blade for the first time until you’ve reach the mid-to-upper 70s in level. Your first encounter with this faction will probably be in Zul’Drak but their daily quests are actually all located in two separate areas in Icecrown.

Those two areas, The Shadow Vault and Death’s Rise, each contain three unique daily quests that I’ll go into further detail now.

Daily Quest Guide: The Oracles

Daily Quest Guide: The OraclesThe Oracles are probably one of my favorite factions in Wrath. The long quest chain, culminating in the ethically interesting A Hero’s Burden, is probably one of the best series of quests in the game so far.

Once you’ve made your choice in that quest and decided to go with the Oracles, a series of daily quests opens up for you at the Rainspeaker Canopy area of Sholazar Basin. While there are technically eight dailies for the Oracles in total, only three of them will be available to you each day. The three are randomly chosen and it is possible for certain quests to appear on consecutive days. This makes completing the Savior of the Oracles achievement slightly annoying.

Everfrost Chip Coordinates

A lot of visitors are finding this site by searching on Google for a map of Everfrost Chip coordinates for the quest Remember Everfrost!. I touched on this quest a bit in my Sons of Hodir quest guide but I failed to include a map.

Daily Quest Guide: The Sons of Hodir

The Sons of HodirAs far as reputation grinds go, the Sons of Hodir certainly appears at first glance as one of the toughest in the game. They don’t have a tabard so you can’t get easy reputation running Heroics. This means you have to get to Exalted the old-fashioned way by running daily quests. Fortunately, with a little dedication, it doesn’t take much to get to the finish line.

You can’t get to the daily quests for the Sons of Hodir without going through a pretty long quest chain that starts with the quest They Took Our Men! Once you have the chain done, the daily quests open up for you and you can be on your way.
