Downsides? Well, since you’re not questing, you can chew through your rested XP very quickly. Some of the old world dungeons are VERY long, and even experienced players can get lost easily. Because you’ll have new players, this means drama from any number of sources can spring up (everything is hunter gear again!). If the quest you want to complete in the dungeon isn’t directly related to killing the boss who gives the satchel, many groups will simply skip it. Finally, if you’re leveling any sort of gathering/crafting profession, your skills will stagnate (with the exception of skinning, which has good and bad instances).

There are no rules to how one “should” play the game.

There are unwritten rules in every game, that obviously Blizzard doesnt recognize, and that is teams are always equal from a numbers standpoint. Not 20 to 5 !

No wonder participation is down, there is just no benefit to WG anymore.

Most of the PvP action is scrapping over titanium nodes, so yeah I’d say the system is broken…havent seen my faction control WG for over 12 days now.

Get your gear and other goods at the vendors in Dalaran, much easier with less effort or frustration.

1) I am now back to waiting 10-20 minutes to get a riad (I’m DPS)

2) Even though I am not familiar enough with many of them to lead, or give directions, I’m still getting bored of most of them. And if there *are* any interesting parts, they are bypassed/run past to get through quickly.

3) Like you, I really only have time for 5 mans. As far as my gaming goes, “This is it”. (ok, an occasionaly 10 or 25 man, every 3 or 4 weeks) But given the rushed nature that the LFG system has encouraged, it makes my raiding a race instead of an experience in-and-of itself.
